This week we were asked by our lovely friends at The walled garden at Cowdray Park (one of the wedding venue jewels in the south east!) to provide the canapes for a winter wedding photo shoot held there. After much deliberation about the best time of the shoot, we couldn't have asked for a better morning. Bright and glorious Sussex sunshine beamed down on a beautiful and frosty Walled Garden.
It was so lovely to be thinking about catering for winter weddings. Head chef Tristan served up

Baby Ruben, salt beef, sauerkraut, swiss cheese on rye
